Summary <p>She’s been described as the ‘conscience of the supreme court’. That’s why it pains me to write this</p><p>Forget Ruth Bader Ginsburg. It is Sonia Sotomayor who is the greatest liberal to sit on the Supreme Court in my adult lifetime.
